FRP mortar pipe is a high-performance composite pipeline, made of fiberglass, resin matrix and quartz sand as the core sandwich layer. It combines the corrosion resistance of FRP and the high rigidity of quartz sand, breaking through the limitations of traditional FRP pipes in large-diameter applications. It is widely used in industrial fluid transportation, sewage treatment, chemical medium delivery and other fields, and is the ideal alternative to steel pipes, cement pipes and plastic pipes.

Super High Rigidity & Pressure Resistance

The quartz sand sandwich layer optimizes the section modulus of the pipe, which can bear high external pressure and internal medium pressure, and is not easy to deform. It is especially suitable for large-diameter (DN200–DN4000) pipeline engineering and deep burial working conditions.

Strong Corrosion Resistance

The resin matrix isolates the pipe from acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive media, no need for anti-corrosion coating maintenance, service life can reach 30–50 years, significantly reducing the long-term operation cost of the project.

Lightweight & Easy Installation

The weight is only 1/5 of that of cement pipes and 1/10 of that of steel pipes of the same specification. It can be hoisted manually or with small equipment, which saves transportation and installation costs by more than 40% compared with traditional pipelines.

Smooth Inner Wall & Low Energy Consumption

The inner wall roughness is less than 0.01mm, the fluid resistance is small, the medium flow rate is increased by 15–20%, and the energy consumption of the pump is reduced. It is not easy to scale after long-term use, and the conveying efficiency is stable.

Abrasion Resistance & Aging Resistance

The surface is treated with anti-aging, which can resist ultraviolet radiation and harsh outdoor environment; the inner wall has strong abrasion resistance, and is suitable for conveying media containing solid particles such as sand and stone.
