Specifically engineered for harsh strong-corrosion electrolytic scenarios, it effectively replaces traditional steel-lined rubber and concrete cell bodies, delivering superior durability and operational stability for industrial production.


We offer comprehensive customization solutions tailored to specific operational needs, including customizations of volume (500L-200m³), inner cavity dimensions, wall thickness, resin type (polyester/vinyl ester), and matching accessories (electrode brackets, sealing systems, temperature/pressure measuring interfaces) to perfectly adapt to various production processes and site conditions.

Core Features:

1. Super Corrosion Resistance:

Excellent resistance to various corrosive media with pH 1-14 (including sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, etc.).

Adopting one-piece seamless molding technology, it completely eliminates leakage risks, with a service life of ≥15-20 years, far exceeding that of traditional metal or concrete cells.


2. Lightweight & High-Strength:

With a density of 1.8-2.1g/cm³, it is only 1/3 the weight of steel-lined products and 1/4 that of concrete cells, greatly reducing transportation and installation costs.

Integrated reinforcing ribs ensure strong rigidity and stable structure, capable of withstanding electrolyte pressure and temperature fluctuations stably.


3. Excellent Electrical Insulation:

Boasting a volume resistivity of ≥1×10¹⁴Ω·cm and breakdown voltage higher than 25kV/mm, it achieves complete insulation, avoids stray current loss, ensures electrolytic purity, and eliminates potential electric leakage risks, guaranteeing safe and energy-saving operation.


4. Easy Maintenance & Cost-Effective:

The inner wall is smooth and dense, which prevents electrolyte adhesion and scaling, making cleaning and maintenance simple.

It requires almost no frequent anti-corrosion renovation, reducing overall operation and maintenance costs by more than 60% compared to traditional products.
