Product Structure & Material

1. Matrix Material: High-grade vinyl ester resin and bisphenol-A unsaturated polyester resin are optional, precisely adapted to different acidic, alkaline, and chemical media to ensure long-term corrosion resistance.

2. Reinforcement Material: Alkali-free fiberglass cloth/fiber mat is adopted to enhance the structural strength and impact resistance of the tank body, ensuring stable operation in heavy-duty scenarios.

3. Structural Design:

(1) Integral winding or compression molding process, featuring a dense, smooth and seamless inner wall, which effectively prevents leakage and avoids medium contamination.

(2) Steel frame reinforcement is standard for large-sized tanks, significantly improving load-bearing capacity and anti-deformation performance.

(3) The bottom is designed with a 1:50 inclined slope, matched with a drainage port to realize rapid emptying and no residue, reducing maintenance workload.

(4) Customizable double-layer jacket insulation structure, suitable for high-temperature pickling working conditions (≤80℃).
