Pultruded FRP channel (also called fiberglass U/C channel, composite channel steel) is a U-shaped structural composite made via continuous pultrusion technology. Continuous E-glass rovings and surface veil are fully soaked in thermosetting resin, then pulled through dedicated U-shaped heating molds for one-piece curing, forming an open three-sided C cross-section with flat base and two vertical flanges.
Different from closed tubular profiles and solid I-beams, its open groove design is convenient for wiring, cable laying and bracket installation. It serves as ideal replacement for carbon steel channel, aluminum channel and wood beams. All items pass ISO9001 and EN13706 standards. Standard sizes are stocked, and base width, flange height, thickness, resin and color are fully customizable.

Vinyl ester fire-resistant channel meets UL94 V-0 standard, low smoke and non-dripping while burning, complying with fire codes for factories, power plants and public buildings.
