Pultruded FRP double cavity rectangular tube, also known as day-shaped FRP purlin, is a high-load dual-chamber composite profile made via one-step continuous pultrusion. Continuous E-glass rovings and anti-UV surface veil are fully saturated with thermosetting resin, extruded through special double-cell molds to form an integrated two-compartment rectangular cross-section with a middle reinforcing web.
Different from single rectangular tubes, the built-in middle partition greatly improves bending resistance, anti-buckling capacity and overall structural rigidity, making it the perfect replacement for traditional steel purlins in corrosive workshops. All products comply with ISO9001 and EN13706 standards. Standard sizes are in stock; outer dimension, wall thickness, resin formula and color are fully customizable.
