Pultruded FRP cover is a reinforced closed fiberglass composite panel manufactured by continuous one-step pultrusion process. We supply two complete product series: flat solid trench covers and arched gas collection covers.
1. Flat FRP trench cover: Integrated internal vertical reinforcing ribs, fully sealed flat surface, available in smooth plain or gritted anti-slip surface, widely used for cable trenches, drainage ditches and workshop walkways.
2. Arch FRP gas collection cover: Curved arched pultruded structure with high air tightness, customized arc radian, specially for sewage tank deodorization, biogas pool sealing and waste gas centralized collection projects.
Different from open molded grating, both styles realize full sealing to block odor, toxic gas, sundries falling and cable exposure, ideal replacement of cast iron, steel and concrete covers. All products comply with ISO9001 and EN13706 standards; width, thickness, length, resin formula, surface style and arch radian are fully customizable.
