Pultruded FRP I-beam (also called fiberglass I girder / FRP H-beam) is a heavy-load structural composite profile manufactured by continuous pultrusion molding. Continuous aligned E-glass rovings and surface veil are fully impregnated with thermosetting resin, then pulled through special I-shaped heating dies for one-piece curing, forming standard I cross-section with upper & lower flanges and middle web.


Its unique I-structure maximizes bending resistance: flanges bear tension & compression while the web undertakes shear force, far superior to square tubes, rectangular tubes and angle bars for long-span beam load-bearing. As a perfect replacement for steel I-beams and aluminum girders, it integrates ultra-light weight, full corrosion resistance and complete insulation. All products comply with EN13706 and ISO9001 standards; standard sizes are in stock, with fully customizable height, flange width, thickness, resin formula and color.
